Smart Contracts &
Onchain Payments

From a simple smart contract to a complete onchain payment system. Built, tested, and launched for you, explained in plain English.

What's a smart contract?

A program that lives on a blockchain and runs exactly as written, automatically. It can hold money, issue tokens, or enforce rules without a middleman.

What's a token or NFT?

A token is a digital asset your contract creates, like points, credits, or a currency. An NFT is a one-of-a-kind token, often used for art, tickets, or memberships.

Who owns it?

You do. After final payment, the code and every admin control on the contract are transferred to your wallet.

Tribute Protocol

A data royalty protocol that pays people when AI companies use their conversations. Contributors add their AI chat history, private details are scrubbed on their own device, and the cleaned data joins a shared vault they collectively own. When AI companies license the vault, royalties flow back to each contributor, paid in USDG.

What we built
  • ✓ Onchain royalty payouts to contributors, paid in USDG
  • ✓ Contributor earnings tracking: each person's running cut, ready to claim
  • ✓ The full website and app front end
  • ✓ Security hardening: headers, domain, and backend rules

Basic

One smart contract, live fast.

$1,000

A single, straightforward smart contract with the standard features most projects need. Ideal for launching a token, an NFT collection, a membership pass, or testing an idea.

  • ✓ One smart contract: a token (ERC-20), NFT collection (ERC-721 / ERC-1155), or a simple custom contract
  • ✓ Built on OpenZeppelin, the industry-standard, battle-tested code library
  • ✓ Core controls: create (mint), destroy (burn), transfer, and owner/admin permissions
  • ✓ Common options: supply cap, pause switch, simple allowlist
  • ✓ Launched on one blockchain of your choice (Ethereum, Base, Arbitrum, Polygon, etc.)
  • ✓ Verified on Etherscan so anyone can read and trust the code
  • ✓ Tested and security-scanned on a test network before going live
  • ✓ Admin controls on a multi-signature wallet, with a two-step ownership handoff so control can't be sent to the wrong wallet
  • ✓ For NFTs: images and data hosted permanently on IPFS, so they never disappear
  • ✓ Handover call + written guide on how to use and manage it
Best for

Launching a token or NFT collection, membership or access passes, proof-of-concept

  • ✓ Accept payments: crypto, card-to-crypto via Stripe, or pay-per-use with x402
  • ✓ Wallet connect on your website so users can buy, mint, or claim in a few clicks
  • ✓ Full automated testing + a trial launch on a test network before going live
  • ✓ Gas optimization (lower transaction fees for your users) + security hardening
Best for

NFT drops, loyalty & rewards programs, memberships, token-gated content

Advanced

Complete systems that move money.

$2,000+

Several contracts working together to handle real payments: holding funds, releasing them on conditions, subscriptions, and more. Priced by scope with a fixed quote upfront.

Everything in Standard, plus:
  • ✓ Custom payment systems: subscriptions, pay-by-the-second streaming, tips, and pay-per-use APIs
  • ✓ Escrow: funds held by the contract and released only when agreed conditions are met
  • ✓ Multiple contracts working together, synced with your app's backend and database
  • ✓ Upgradeable contracts so features can be fixed or added after launch, with admin controls
  • ✓ Timelock on admin changes: big changes wait a set delay, so your users can see them coming
  • ✓ Coinbase Developer Platform + x402 integration for wallets and payments
  • ✓ Audit prep: documentation and coordination with an independent security auditor
Best for

Marketplaces, escrow & freelance platforms, creator payments, paid APIs

Security hardening and audit prep reduce risk but are not a third-party audit. For contracts holding significant value, we recommend an independent audit. You are responsible for how your contract is used and for legal compliance. See Terms, Section 10.

Questions

Who pays the gas fees?+

You do. Launching a contract, and every transaction on it, costs a small network fee called gas. On Base or Polygon that's usually a few cents; on Ethereum it can be a few dollars or more. We'll tell you the expected launch cost before we deploy.

Which blockchain should I use?+

For most businesses, Base or Polygon: transactions cost cents, and both are widely supported by wallets and exchanges. Ethereum makes sense when maximum reach or prestige matters, but fees are much higher. We'll recommend one based on your users and budget.

Can you change my contract after launch?+

Yes, on any tier. Advanced contracts are upgradeable in place. Basic and Standard contracts are permanent once deployed, so an update means launching a new version and moving things over to it. Either way, tell us what you need and we'll scope it and agree on a price with you.

Is it secure?+

Every contract is built on OpenZeppelin's audited, industry-standard code, fully tested, and run through an automated security scan before launch. Admin controls can sit on a multi-signature wallet, so no single lost or stolen key can take over, and ownership is handed to you in two steps so it can't go to the wrong wallet by mistake. No smart contract can be guaranteed bug-free, so for anything holding significant funds we recommend an independent audit, and we'll coordinate it with you.

Who owns it?+

You do. After final payment, the code and every admin control on the contract are transferred to your wallet.
